Great service, very friendly atmosphere. I am the third person in my family who has bought a mattress from Austin Natural Mattress. The Avocado mattresses are awesome. My son who is a vegan has one and was able to get a mattress with no animal products in it.
They frequently have sale prices as well. If you want to sleep on a natural mattress, this is the place to go in Austin.

This was the first and only shop my husband and I visited to purchase our new king sized Naturepedic mattress.Hollis Chandler helped us pick out the perfect mattress that fits both of our different sleeping styles. I fully expected to go to multiple shops, but Hollis was so helpful and informative that he was able to find something that we both love. It was very easy and stress free experience and we highly recommend Austin Natural Mattress and Hollis!

Charles was an amazing sales rep. Got us to the bed we needed super quick while also managing 2 other customers. The Cielo mattress was beyond comfortable, Dunlop and Talalay together felt like a very supportive cloud for my bad back. I’m glad we were able to find it with the help from Charles.
Response from the owner:Thanks Poke, and congrats on the latex mattress!

I had a completely different experience buying a mattress at Austin Natural Mattress with Hollis Chandler than I’ve had at any other mattress retailer.
Instead of starting the conversation by asking how much I wanted to spend, Hollis asked what kind of sleeper I am and took the time to understand what I was looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided all the relevant info, and never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell me.
He answered all my questions and let me make my own decision about what I wanted to order. I ordered the Queen Trilux by Naturepedic and couldn’t be happier with the buying experience. I highly recommend working with Hollis Chandler at Austin Natural Mattress.
Response from the owner:Thanks for noticing Emily- and congrats on the certified organic mattress purchase! The Naturepedic Trilux is a great choice!

My self and husband are repeat customers coming back to buy our second mattress. Hollis was fantastic! We purchased the Deep Eddy. We are excited to try this mattress out. We loved our last mattress from Austin Natural mattress.
Response from the owner:Thanks Cristin! We think you'll love it! That's a certified organic mattress from our own homegrown line called "The Natural Mattress Home" collection! It comes from three decades of creating, selling and perfecting organic sleep, and we're very proud of it! Thank You!

I took my 83-year-old father to Austin Natural Mattress to replace his older, poor-quality mattress. He has very specific needs related back pain and with my mother being in a wheelchair. We were really pleased with how helpful Hollis was in finding the right mattress. He explained the difference between the different mattresses clearly and with patience. Prices and delivery options were communicated to us clearly and we were never pressured. I will be returning here when it’s time to replace my mattress.
Response from the owner:Thank you David- we look forward to it!
