Start your mattress shopping at Austin Natural Mattress and ask for Hollis Chandler. We tested 17 different mattresses across 5 stores, and nothing came close to the experience we had here. Hollis spent almost a full hour with us, about 50 minutes more than anyone else anywhere, walking us through construction, materials, and what would actually work for two very different sleepers sharing one bed. He’s been in the business for 30 years, and it shows: zero pressure, just genuine knowledge and honest guidance. We originally came in to look at a different brand, but Hollis helped us discover the Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop King, which lets us each customize the firmness on our own sides. They are so soft and breathable. Charles was extremely helpful and very very educational on the types of mattresses and what would be best suited for my specific needs for my low back pain and hips as I am a side sleeper. I ended up purchasing a mattress from their in-house line of mattresses. The one I chose is called the Deep Eddie. He also gave us free shipping and a refund for the topper that we had purchased prior to this. This was my first experience sleeping on a natural mattress, and I have been extremely impressed by the superb comfort and support.Hollis scheduled the delivery for my move-in date, and the driver arrived early within the provided window. It only took the driver several minutes to unload my mattress, place it on the bed frame, and remove all the packaging. I am very grateful for the service and product that Austin Natural Mattress offers. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
